Fan Ling janta utilizando os pés, em uma lanchonete da faculdade em que estuda, em Fuzhou, província de Fujian, na China. Fan, de 22 anos, segundanista da Universidade de Agricultura e Silvicultura, perdeu ambos os braços e uma orelha em um acidente com eletricidade, aos seis anos.
Com o apoio de sua família, ele passou a praticar exercícios diários com os pés, até conseguir realizar atividades como comer, escrever utilizando computador e telefone móvel, e chegou a ganhar prêmios por seu desempenho nos esportes.
Neste segundo semestre, Fan participou do reality show "China's Got Talent" (A China tem gente talentosa), jogando pingue-pongue com os pés, disseram os jornais.

Supported by his family, he started daily feet exercises and gradually became familiar with activities like eating, writing, using the computer and mobile phone, and won prizes during high school for sports.
This fall, Fan was on the reality show "China's Got Talent", which he auditioned for by playing table tennis with his feet, local media said.
