Brazilian President Lula gets 6th fine for anticipating electoral campaign on behalf of his third term representative - not exactly successor.

I explain: Eager to get a third term, which our Constitution prohibits, Mr. Lula da Silva, instead of modifying it, as did some of his Latin American colleagues, and as unsuccessfullly attempted to Colombia's president Alvaro Uribe, Lula, whose wife is not used to speaking, had to fabricate a female cadidate to fit his intentions and, as Vladimir Putin in Russia, still try to get back to formal power, in 2014.
