Ok, that's absolutely right that the US feel real bad about the terrorist lybian act that blew Pan Am flight 103, in december, 1988, killing 259 people over Lockerbie, Scotland, plus another 11 on the ground; and it is absolutely true that one's error won't justify another's.
But we must register here that, in that very same year, 1988, The US shot down with a missile Iran Air flight 655, killing 290 people, on july 3, 1988.
Está certo, é compreensível o desconforto dos Estados Unidos com a soltura do terrorista líbio responsável pela derrubada do voo 103 da Pan Am sobre Lockerbie, Escócia, matando 259 a bordo e 11 pessoas em terra, e é absolutamente correto que um erro não justifica outro, mas convém lembrar aqui a derrubada, pelos EUA, em 3 de julho do mesmo ano de 1988, do voo 655 da Iran Air, em que 290 pessoas morreram, atingido por um míssil anti-aéreo, em 3 de Julho de 1988.
