EGGbox art / Arte em caixas de ovos

Eis um artista que pensa fora da caixa - a EGGbox (Caixa de ovos).

Em um estilo que ele chama Eggcubism (Ovocubismo), o artista holandês Enno de Kroon diz que gosta do desafio de trabalhar em superfícies irregulares.

Explica: " Pintar com obstáculos requer uma nova aproximação pelo pintor, o qual, por sua vez faz com que o espectador procure uma nova aproximação, um novo ângulo para ver a arte.

Pintar sobre a superfície de caixas de ovos revela todos os diferentes aspectos dinâmicos das mudanças da luz, interferindo com as ricas cores da pintura verdadeira. "O observador descobre rápido a presença de um obstáculo quando olha para esses trabalhos e percebe a necessidade de olhá-los de diferentes lados e ângulos, para decidir por si mesmo que posição deseja assumir"

O artista disse que foi influenciado por cubistas como Picasso, a forma artística desenvolvida no começo do século 20, na qual ele e Braque foram pioneiros. E, sem brincadeira, você irá suar para pagar por uma das obras de Enno, cujos preços situam-se por volta de $ 1.000 euros cada.

Here's an artist who thinks outside the box - the EGGbox.

In a style he calls Eggcubism, Dutch artist Enno de Kroon says he enjoys the challenge that working on the uneven surface presents.

He explains: "Painting with hindrances requires a new approach by the painter, which in turn leads the viewer to take a new approach to looking at the art.

Painting on the surface of eggcrates reveals all different dynamic aspects of changing light interfering with the rich colours of real paint.

"The viewer discovers quickly the presence of an obstacle when looking at these works and finds it necessary to look at it from different sidesand then to decide themselves which position they want to take."

The artist says he has been influenced by Cubist artists such as Picasso ."I've been inspired by cubism, the art form developed at the beginning of the 20th century where Picasso and Braque were the pioneers".

And no yolk, you will have to shell out for one of Enno's pieces - they go for around €1,000 each.
